Full-length, 2.5-inch heatshields cover 1.75-inch headpipes so stock and most aftermarket muffler bodies will fit perfectly.

The larger heatshields will also deflect more heat making it noticeably cooler for the rider and passenger.

The new True Dual headpipes come with Cobra's limited Lifetime Warranty in addition to a host of other unique features. One-piece full-length, 2.5-inch diameter heat shields cover the pipes from the exhaust ports to the chromed, muffler bodies. The heat shields are a larger diameter than most other offerings on the market and the single-piece shields (especially on the rear pipe) are singular in their design and effectiveness.

The added benefit is that the larger heatshields will deflect more engine heat away from the rider, making it noticeably cooler for the rider and passenger

The pipes were also designed to deliver optimal torque and power while increasing the stock bike's rideability right in the sweet spot of the torque curve. The system consists of headpipes and heat shields and all of the mounting hardware needed to complete the installation of the made-in-the-U.S.A. pipes. The headpipes' 1.75-inch diameter ensures the stock mufflers and most aftermarket mufflers will fit.
