Unfortunately, the XL is not big enough. To get it on I had to wrestle with it and bend the mirrors inward to cover the entire bike. Also, it doesn't really do that well. When I uncovered it after a couple of days, there was dust and stuff on my tank and seat!!! If it is even slightly windy, it doesn't do it's job. I had a custom Kawasaki cover for my last bike that was EXCELLENT, but they do not yet have one for the 1600. I'll have to hold out until they get one.
