(2 stars) reviewed on 11/24/07 byfrom , , for a Touring/Dresser wrote: Have had two of these covers and thought a great deal. Fits great when new. The elastic doesn't last very long. And it doesn't retain it's water repellance for very long. Is rather lightweight. My next one will be from my HD dealer. They are more expensive but not much more when you add shipping to this one. I just use it for a dust/pollen cover. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(2 stars) reviewed on 09/10/05 byKoop (koop1445) from Naperville, IL, United States, for a 2005 1600 Vulcan Classic wrote: I purchased this for my 2005 Vulcan 1600...this was the recommended size. Unfortunately, the XL is not big enough. To get it on I had to wrestle with it and bend the mirrors inward to cover the entire bike. Also, it doesn't really do that well. When I uncovered it after a couple of days, there was dust and stuff on my tank and seat!!! If it is even slightly windy, it doesn't do it's job. I had a custom Kawasaki cover for my last bike that was EXCELLENT, but they do not yet have one for the 1600. I'll have to hold out until they get one.
