Don't have the Crampbuster, I have a similar product...they are all the same, but gives you a chance to rest your wrists on long rides, If you ride a lot and don;t want to use a throttle lock these will help!

I'm not big on having to chrome-up everything so for me this was just what I wanted/expected ... simple to use/install, effective, un-obtrusive and does what it is susposed to (reduces hand/arm fatigue). ----- an update ----- Occasionally slips just a bit but can be fixed while riding (if careful). Surprising how often I rest my grip by using it ... really had not expected to use it that much but use it every day on my 25 mile commute.
