Much better look than the stock mirrors...work much better with my setup (750 spirit bars/risers on the vlx). Vibrate at high speeds, but not enough to really bother me. As everyone else mentioned, you need to use thread tightener. It takes a while to get use to the smaller mirrors, but it is worth it. The bike looks so much better with this.
