Pretty easy to install. I recomend putting some lock tight on the stud going up into the mirror to keep it from loosening while you try to adjust them. It does take a bit to get them adjusted right as others have said. It also takes a little while to get used to the smaller mirror heads. I have also noticed more vibration in the mirrors as other have said as well. The mirrors look great though and I am no longer looking at my shoulders when I look in the mirror.

Very nice addition... Price is right. I am 6'6" so I needed the longer stems to see around my big ... These are perfect length, have a slight vibration, but not bad considering the $$$. Only issue, I wish mirrors were just a little larger, but then it would effect the lines.
