I have tried everything. Thread lock, industrial glue, etc but the left mirror just will not stay locked in place. With vibration and wind it loosens it where the stem screws onto the mounting bolt. Maybe I will try a lock washer (not too pretty) between the stem and nut. I will definitely use a stainless steel lock washer to avoid the rust. Review Details  Was this review helpful to you? The adapters came with the mirrors. I've had no problems. My buddy got the same set and had to put a set screw in the left mirror because the wind was pushing the mirror loose.
