While it is well chromed and attractive, the numbers are so small, I can barely see them with my reading glasses on. You certainly cannot see them at a glance while riding. It is easy to install, just tighten a set screw. I wouldn't recommend this item. I won't return it because it matches the clock on the other side of my handlebars.
