Full metal chrome. no plastichrome on this ,and it bolts on with secure screws. what a difference this makes to the shaft drive. I always thought this was a 'drab' part of the bike, something missing. not any more. I love this piece. I have my rego label attached to the bottom bolt of the suspension so this cover does not interfere with the label. Also, if you get this cover, think about getting the swing arm covers as well, otherwise you will have a black section between all that chrome.
