Good quality workmanship and high quality chrome. Keep a couple of things in mind..........Do you have an aftermarket pilion? do you have a backrest? do you have saddlebags. The instructions assume you have a stock set-up with no backrest or bags. Instructions and hardware are for mounting the arms of the backrest between the fender and fender eyebrow. However, I had an aftermarket pillion and the bracket bridging the pillion was narrow and the sides of the pillion had to be squeezed to fit. This side arms of the backrest did not sit flush withn the fender and began to buckle the fender when I tried to install between the fender and the brackets for the passenger backrest. I opted to install the sidearms over top the barckets for the rear backrest and between the bag mounts. This required the bracket to be stretched a little wider than it came out of the box.
