(2 stars) reviewed on 08/03/04 bywarriormedic from Clarksville, TN, United States, for a 2005 Black Cherry/Black Pearl 1100 Shadow Aero wrote: There is no way this should be $100. You will need to mark and drill an extra hole if you want it securely mounted. The one screw and sticky tape won't cut it. I used toggle bolts in the mounting brackets on the frame held in place with JB weld. Lets the piece be properly secured, but still able to remove it. It really does dress up the neck of the bike, but I would have to pass on this unless you are willing to do some extra work to mount it securely. (2 stars) reviewed on 08/27/01 byMike Sullivan (MNTLHANDICAP) from Lebanon, IN, United States, for a 1999 1100 Shadow Aero wrote: Neck covers fit well, finish is great. Install of left side? is a little difficult you must unbolt the tank and move it back a couple inches to access the plastic fastener holding on stock neck covers. They are well made but I don't like the way they look. I need more chrome in that area I guess because I think they draw too much attention to area of the bike that shouldn't get attention.
