I agree with other reviews in that for the money this part should be able to be installed with ease. What a pain to install. After having to bend the bracket a hair it fit fine but when it came to the chrome cover it was a little too large and the side cover would not quite fit. After scratching the new paint on the side cover I became fed up and forced the side cover on....and over some time the side cover began cracking. The cracking is very slight and with the cover looking pretty good on the bike I can live with it even with the problems. Looks nice but needs improvement in the fitment.

Just great! Adds a finishing touch to the left side of the bike... Had to do a lil bending to get it to fit like i wanted but was pretty easy to install. Nice Chrome!

Easy to install. This version is easier to adjust verses the older unit.

Very easy install. Didn't match the curves as much as I hoped, but it's a huge improvment!!!!

It looks great, but its too expensive. Not exactly what I was expecting. It's just a chrome guard, not a case. Like others have noted, I had to make some adjustments to make it fit flush. After bending it a bit, adding a spacer & grinding the plastic side cover for clearance, it now fits perfect. Once it's installed properly it creates the illusion of an engine side case. It's a "gotta-have" accessory, but at over $100 it should fit better out of the box!

Looks great! Was very easy to install, but had to shim it out about 3/8" more than the spacer that came with it in order to line up better with the front cover.

Wanted this one for a long time. It goes on OK but the included spacers are not really long enough. I will have to add a washer so it doesn't hit the Chrome bolt on the passenger footpeg bracket. Otherwise easy install.

Greatly adds looks to the right side of engine. Fitment could be better, doesnt exactly line up like it should with original equipment.

Slightly frustrating to install, but I'd say worth it. I like that it covers up that hole. Definatly worth the 'shine' for the price.
