Leather Lyke is a similar product with a locking top and a patented EZ mounting system specific to each bike. I have used them for years.The factory is a bit dim witted as the the R&D dept swore the bags would not fit the MS 1600(2006) because of frame changes.Boy, if they can't figure out the minor adjustments needed...we should declare TEXAS a foreign 3rd world nation.A great benefit for strong reinforced bags is the "CRASH" you will eventually have.These are so strong the bikes have slid on their sides with out touching body panels(crash bars needed too) leaving only bend bars/levers/ windshields.Saving thousands.Soft leathers are NOT the answer for serious touring.

I got the Leathlyke studded bags, 25 quart, little bigger than these but look similar.Hold plenty and they lock and have built in helmet clips.
