(what rack isn`t) Will be useful for long trips though. I installed the backrest and CW mounting bracket at the same time. The rack was narrower than the bracket and sissy bar would accomodate so I had to get longer bolts and install spacers. I managed to get it looking good but it took time to install. Mine is a Yamaha and was very easy to install and the chrome is good. Only two complaints. It should have come with new bolts as the originals on the bike are short and you only have a few threads holding. it also says it is only rated for 10lbs of weight. it has had at least twice that with no issues though...
