Very Nice. Soft glove leather with 2 side pouches for cell and shades. Middle pouch big enough for CD player and a few disks. Top pocket for maps, etc. Also has loops to slide onto belt to become a fanny pack. Magnets are very strong, inside soft leather. I don't know if I'd want to get any rain on it.
