Foux fur/wool lined and the metal studs are covered on the inside with "hot glue" to prevent wear spots. When the write up says "elastic bottoms for a secure fit" that is a gross understatement. 1/4" shock cord fully sewn in on the passenger seat and over 2/3 of the solo seat is fully sewn in. Even at that it took a while to "muscle" those things onto my stock seat (the only way they're comming off now is if I cut them off).
