I also have the peaceful cruisin custom leather tail bib on the fender. I drilled two corresponding holes in the bib. Now I can ride without either the bib or the rack and have two pretty chrome end caps atop my fender, or the bib with two pretty little chrome caps atop it or the chrome rack atop the bib.
