Fits perfect! The upper portion of the passenger seat fits suggley under the Mustang Passenger Backrest that replaces the stock back rest on the 'extended stock sissy bar. (That was the only part I was concerned about prior to buying it.) The seat truly totally negates that 'pushed forward' feel of the stock Virago Saddle. My ONLY negative is the type of material itself. It does not have a highly 'polished' look to it. This is probably better in staying in the saddle, but it appears to be alittle dull to me.
