I was kind of "on the fence" about puting bags on my Valk. . I've seen all kinds of bag's on them and just wasn't thrilled about the price and,the fact that you have the mounting hardware on the bike when you take the bag's off(plus the cost of the said hardware).SO, I saw these on Cruiser customizing's site, bought them and love 'em !!!No hardware, no fuss, just throw 'em over snatch 'em down and take off!!The rain bag's slide on in about 30 seconds then pull string them tight, they are large enough to hold the essentials, plus they look GOOD on the Valk.!!! Kuryakyn makes excellent products for our metric cruiser's..I will continue to buy from Kuryakyn..keep the dirty side down !!!.....Al Bailey

I bought these about a year and a half ago and finally installed them after getting my Mustang wide seat and relocating my turn signals.
I chose the option of mounting them under the seat and this was not a problem with the aforementioned Mustang seat. It would have been a stretch with the OEM seat.
These bags are HUGE, hence the need to relocate the turn sigs. If you have an Aero don't buy these hoping that you won't have to do the turn sig mod, it just won't work. I thought that it might as well.
With that being said, between these and the Gran Tour bag I also installed I could easily do a weeks worth of touring.
They have many nice features, most are listed in the product description. Lots of small pockets and places for maps, cubby spots for pens etc. I like the water bottle holders, one on each bag, within easy reach so that the rider can use the left one and a passenger could use the right. The bags also expand even more.
