I did have to adjust the yolk 1 hole longer from what the factory set it at to clear for the seat screws to be reinstalled. They fit nicely on the bike and the overall quality of these saddlebags is excellent. The hidden quick release on the straps is also a great feature. Hope this review helps! Did have to modify the real pillion because they are throwovers and the rear fender on the VTX F has support dimples in it making the bolt not want to fit right, but wasn't anything major.
