Large outside pockets hold miscellaneous items. We ran into a day of rain - poured all day. Everything was nice and dry inside. Multiple clips to secure the bag to the bike. Works well on the seat and attached to the sissy bar -- no movement. I especially like that the top rolls down in both directions.
