The top handle is useless since it is stiched so tight I cannot get my hand under it. If you are going to leave it attached to the bike this is a great bag. The top zippers do tend to get tangled with the bottom zippers. Someone actually got mine crossed on the second day of having it on the bike but I was able to repair it.
