Install was very straight forward. Only minor problem was the left side bracket was a little uneven and the bolt holes were off kilter just enough to prevent the bolt from going through. I needed to take a file and even out the edge. It took a little bit to get it right, and even still the bolt needed to be coaxed through with a hammer. In retrospect I probably could have taken more time and filed it down better, but I had had enough. I was slightly annoyed that I needed to do some filing, but now that I think about it, I think I have a little more pride in it because of it.
