The sleeves come in the bag, but dont try to hammer the sleves in., cause you will smash them because the metal is very soft. It was a pain to try and get the spacers in, and they always seem to fall down while riding. I have the Kuryakyn Kaiser Pegs and they never stay up while riding. If you install these on a Boulevard C50, take these parts to a garage to have the sleeves pressed in. The spacer springs do end up rusting from water or condensation with in the first month. The spacers are the item that makes installing these chrome parts a pain in the butt..However once they are on, they look nice and I added the Kuryakyn Kaiser Pegs.
