They are studded on front and back of the Chaps and are of good quality and perfect fit. I bought these because I have MC Enterprise Engine Guards...not Suzuki. There are no pockets which is a slight disappointment but I'll get over it quickly. The greatest part of these Chaps is I have lost all buffeting up to 75 mph.
