Each mirror style is built with just the right amount of radius to minimize distance distortion yet still provide you with a wide, unobstructed, two-lane rear view. However on all radiused mirrors, objects will actually be closer to you than they appear. In addition the mirrors feature a special anti-shatter lens backing that will keep flying, broken mirro shards to a minimum in the event of impact. Also available in mini version for a custom look. These are way stouter than stock, excellent quality. The only gripe I have is that the product description states that metric bikes need the adapters, but mine didn't. That's Cruiser Customizing's fault though, not the mirrors.
