It is the same as the chrome one, so the reviews for it apply to this one as well. You have to play with it a little to get to know the way to work it. Someone else said that the best way is to leave it on the bike and just add in the cable when you need it, and I agree. Much easier to use if you don't have to search for the way to lock it on the bike too. It can get frustrating trying to hod the cable in and lock it on the mount too.
