The directions leave a little to be desired, but you can search youtube and find all kinds of GoPro videos as well as instructional videos for the Hero. This camera has pretty good video quality but it is by no means high quality. Again check out youtube and you will get a pretty good idea. The helmet mounts are really good, they use double sided padded tape and they STICK!! The one I got was actually the Motorsports Hero that has the suction cup mount which really "SUCKS" ;-) Seriously it is almost impossible to pull off without releasing the tab.
