After reading all the reviews here and looking at members vstar 1100's with these installed I decided that these were for me. The sound is just right with more rumble at idle and they will bark if you hit the throttle hard. These things make my bike sound like a hot rod without being overly loud. They look great and well made. I had to use a different bracket that was supplied with the set of pipes to make it work on my 07. I did not rejet and they work fine.
