Was able to plug in my GPS and not get lost in wild West VA - looks great mounted on handlebars - and also has a connector to plug in heated vests, etc so is a very versitile accessory. Even better, didn't have to take off seat to get to battery. Install very easy and quick. Only downside: it is 'hot' whenever an accessory is plugged in, so be sure to unplug your gps, or phone, or whatever - when you turn off the bike otherwise it will drain the battery (at least that was the sacrifice for installing it the way I did).
