First, the bluetooth doesn't function properly unless I hold my phone right next to the helmet - I hear nothing but crackling and static when phone is in my pocket. (my phone works great with my other bluetooth items) Next, the speakers are so big and awkward that they push up against and rub my ears to the point of aching after only 30 minutes of riding.
