When it's time to hit the road, you need luggage that will stand up to the demands of real riding. LeatherLyke™ saddlebags and cruiser cases are your best bet. Unlike cowhide or simulated leather products, our luggage is rigid and durable. The ABS polymer construction maintain its shape, and won't crack or sag. Rich leather texture, conchos and chrome-plated, stainless steel studs look great and last a lifetime. The neoprene, foam-lined interior cushions contents from vibrations and insulates from heat or cold. The hinged, locking lid and weatherproof design secures contents and provides convenient, on-the-road access.
This accessory fits all current model years for:

- Honda Shadow ACE Tourer
- Honda Shadow Aero 1100

I have the contemporary version, bought in 2007. They have the updated logo and look very nice. Very well made. I have an Old Town canoe made out of the same material (abs plastic type) and have been very pleased with the durability of my canoe. I anticipate these saddlebags should perform similarly. I had to take the fender off and rewire the turnsignals to the license plate bracket. The bracket they provide is satisfactory. The level of difficulty is not bad, but you need patience. One thing for sure - label all wires, on each side of your cut, before cutting them. I labeled a/a, b/b, c/c, and so on. That helped me reconnect them when I had to splice them back together with extension wire (which is also provided by Leatherlyke). At $420, they are expensive, but very functional, dry, lockable, easy on and off, etc. They are priced fairly between the $120 vinyl-leather looking bags and the over $1,000 hardshell bags.
