Functional if you are installing a sissy bar made specifically for the Sabre. I sent em back. A bit over priced for what they are. I got a set of Harley XL plates for the same price. Much nicer. Had to modify them a bit to fit the Sabre but it wasn't hard. Specially if you know someone with a plasma cutter. The Harley's are perfect for the Kuryakin Raptor. If you have a backrest made for the Sabre look for these on EBAY first.
