(Ironically, the origional cover is bigger an has more chrome then this one) But since this is such a good looking item, I put it on and it does look mean. Although it covers less area then the origional cover, it looks a lot cooler so I'm 99% sure I'm going to keep it. Although it looks like such a heavy piece, it's suprisingly light weight so it should stay stable. Instructions were typically useless but it's simple to figure out.
