I had an issue with back pains due to the distance from my shoulders to the handlebar grips. Tried the stock bar plus an extended aftermarket handlebar. The problem was solved when I installed the Khrome Werks Sweeper. It brought the grips back to a very comfortable position. Rode the bike more than 1,000 miles this past summer in great comfort. They are much more comfortable and bad a$$ than the stock bars on my RoadGlide. I kept my stock cables. The clutch cable was a little short but I rerouted it and won't have to change it out.
