I have the dark grey intake jacket for the ladies! I am 5'4" and I wear women's sizes 6 - 8, and the size Medium jacket fits me like a glove. The padding in the back of the jacket goes down to the small of my back, and the jacket comes with sizing straps along the bottom of the jacket, to make sure the jacket isn't loose on the bottom. The jacket has three layers to it - great design. It's super easy to throw the windproof liner into the saddlebag, and get up and go. Little chilly? Don't have to zip in the liner to the jacket to feel the benefits from it! The liner has its own zipper and Velcro closure, so the liner can be its own jacket by itself. A note on sizing: if you're voluptuous in the chest-al area, you may want to go for a roomier men's size. I wear a Medium in Women's and an X-Small in Men's. The women's sizes line up with the small of my back perfectly while the Men's sizes sit a little bit lower on the back. Overall I love this jacket!
