Excellent quality and a reasonably good fit for my VStar 1100 Custom. Pro: Material is sturdy and flexible. Looks like it will hold up very well. Elastic around bottom edge is robust, but easy to install. It does an excellent job of holding the cover on the bike. I usually don't need to use the elastic strap underneath—perhaps if high winds are expected. Overall, it looks good and does the job. I am well satisfied with this cover. Con: I was excited about the windshield and back rest covers which zip open, but they are almost useless on my bike. When I zipped it open, the windshield opening is much too narrow for my windshield. I cocked the front fork to the side and was able to get a few inches of one corner of the windshield into the opening. Also, the backrest opening seems designed for a shorter bike. With the cover having to go over the windshield, the backrest opening is over the passenger seat and can not be pulled far enough back to go over the backrest.
