Installing the jets is easy enough with the carb removed from the bike. Total down time for me was about 2 hours. Throtle response is much quicker, and warm ups are much shorter. This caused the engine to run lean. This kit worked awesome. It wasnt as easy as some guys were telling me. My 99 Shadow VLX had to have the seat, tank, and airbox removed in that order just to get to the carb. Running lean = VERY BAD!! This kit = VERY GOOD!!!
