I installed this kit on my 2007 1200 Sportster Low. The 5/16 Hex Bolt that is used to mount the turn signal to the bracket is 3" long. With the flat washer and lock washer installed there is still 3/8" of threads left and I was unable to tighten the hex bolt all of the way. I purchased two 5/16 Flange Hex bolts 2-1/2" long and it was a perfect fit. I wanted to use a 2-3/4" bolt, which would haved allowed me to use the two washers, but I was not able to find them. Also, routing the turn signal wiring through the top hole on the bracket base does not allow you to mount the bracket to the fender properly. I used the fourth hole in the fender which is located in the lower left corner and routed the wiring around the mounting holes in the bracket base. I pulled the slack out of the harness wiring and routed it close to the fender so it would not interfere with the rear tire. I bundled the excess under the...
