The only thing wrong with my order was that the rear-most bolts were 150 pitch not 125 pitch bolts. Thank God for the local hardware store.....actually I emailed the distributor and they said that they'd send the correct bolts, although that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't seen anything yet. But don't let the above discourage you from buying this product. It's great. It worked well for me as I usually ride solo and can't deal with throw-over bags.
