Step 3: Once payment has been received, your Gift Certificate will immediately be emailed to you.

Step 4: You, as the purchaser, can print or email the Gift Certificate directly to the recipient of your choice.

Please read the following Overview of Terms & Conditions before purchasing Gift Certificates:

• All Gift Certificates will be sent electronically via email to the email address of the purchaser (YOU!).
• The purchaser (you) can email and/or print out Gift Certificates to deliver to the recipient.
• Gift Certificates must be redeemed online, and can be redeemed on any of our websites:
  http://www.cruisercustomizing.com, http://www.goldwingcountry.com, and/or http://www.realhog.com.
• Gift Certificates are valid forever and NEVER EXPIRE!
• Coupons and other Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and Gift Certificate amounts cannot be refunded back to a credit card or PayPal account.
• If a Gift Certificate is partially used, the remaining balance will still be available for use, at any time.
• Gift Certificates will arrive as a PDF email attachment with a few blank fields for the purchaser to (optionally) write in:

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

• Gift Certificates must be redeemed through a Cruiser Customizing family website and can only be used to purchase items available on http://www.cruisercustomizing.com, http://www.goldwingcountry.com, and/or http://www.realhog.com websites.
• Any unused amounts will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
• Gift Certificates are nontransferable and resale is prohibited.
• Gift Certificates may be purchased in $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, $250.00 and $500 denominations.
• Any coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers do not apply to and cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
• If an order exceeds the amount of a Gift Certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by any amounts available in the user's Gift Certificate and/or credit card, or alternate payment method.
• Cruiser Customizing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate codes. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser of the Gift Certificate upon electronic transmission of the Gift Certificate to the recipient.
• Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date and there are no maintenance or dormancy fees charged for unused Gift Certificate balances.
• Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. The Cruiser Customizing 100% Satisfaction Guarantee return policy does not apply to Gift Certificates, however, it does apply to purchases made with Gift Certificates. Any refunded amounts from products purchased with Gift Certificates will be credited to the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
• Cruiser Customizing reserves the right to reverse any Gift Certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
• Gift Certificates issued as part of a promotion will be subject to different terms and conditions. See specific promotion for details and applicable terms.
• Cruiser Customizing may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates.
• Cruiser Customizing reserves the right to cancel an issued Gift Certificate and/or close user accounts and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is either redeemed through the www.cruisercustomizing.com www.realhog.com www.goldwingcountry.com and/or is used to make purchases on the websites.
• CRUISER CUSTOMIZING MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE RECIPIENT AND PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND CRUISER CUSTOMIZING’ SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
