It's hard to prove when one relies on a negative response. When there is an in-pavement sensor, I really belive that it does work. Where there is a pole mounted optical sensor, the light remains stubborn. So all-in-all, I believe there is an improvement. An interesting side note involves those funny little tire valve caps that flash when the wheel spins ("Tire Flies"). After awhile, they refuse to turn off after the wheel stops spinning. I think this is due to them spinning through the very stong magnetic field of the Green Light. They may be magnetized to the point that the batteries remail in conract with the flash curcuit...not releasing to stop the current. Dunno.
