While that light is still refusing to change, I have noticed others that change quicker or stay green long enough to make it through the intersection. I used ordinary single-side adhesive magnetic strips and mounted a 3" x 4" group of strips to bottom of frame behind motor. You can buy a pack of the magnetic strips for under $2 at Home Depot/Lowes.
