I use these routinely and always carry a few spares in my seat bag. I find them comfortable and effective. I have clearly had some hearing loss over the years (exposure to firearms, power tools, rock-n-roll, dirtbikes, etc.). I can hardly hear at all, especially when my wife asks me to work around the house. I need all the hearing protection I can get.
