Cruiser Customizing said when i called them to check the product that it did not come with a rain cover,as noted by other members, but i found the rain cover tucked inside which is accessed by a zipper in the bottom of the main bag section. Suppose they should have looked a lil better. Anyhow it looks like a nicely built bag, i shall let you know if i find out different in the spring. I gave 4 on install ...havent installed yet so dont know... Gave 3 for durability like I said it's not installed so will know better in the spring , when i will complete this review. It's incredible how much stuff you can put in this. I have the Cobra standard sissy bar with the luggage rack, which made it easy to install. Plenty of straps to secure it down with also however I did find myself getting creative in that regard though.
