Easy enough to install, take of the screen and slip the mounting behind the chrome strip on the inside of the shield. Ten minutes total. Unlike the picture, however, the flaps on the 3 compartments overlap each other. Not sure if that will cause a problem or not. It does look nice. Pockets are plenty big considering it's location. Was easy to install (with windshield off bike) but you will need washers to install because the nuts are the same size as the mounting holes. The only thing that I didn't like was when installing I needed to get some 1" nylon washers to put between the holes on the bags and the nut from the windshield.
