After a little over a year, this thing started to tear on both sides, DON'T BUY IT, It is junk, is ok at first, not worth what you pay to only have it and use it for a year. Perfect fit for a 2005 KAW 1600.Classic. Agree with a few other members, NO directions. However, if you take the Memphis Fat windshield off, loosen the mounting brackets, and that the horizontal metal brackets off the back, the bracket facing you when you ride, slide the plastic portion with the holes in it, fits perfect, then put the metal horizontal bracket back on OVER the plactic mounting poriton of the Pouch, the holes line up perfectly, then put the bolts back on, then the horizontal bracket back on, then the plastic washers, then the nut, FITS PERFECT. Looked good at first, the mounting plastic is on the bottom, it does lean and sag towards you. Well, it finally happend, the plastic inside where you mount to windsheild has torn some and now it really sags on one side.

It is just about 2in too wide for the Memphis Fats. But it is stiff enough that it doesn't flap in the wind. Otherwise very good quality and holds alot. It clears my risers too.
