Although I prefer riding with my full face helmet this helmet gets its fair share of use in the hot weather. It's a great fit and look. My helmet is the black matt finish. One problem with helmets is that even with the same manufacturer different models fit differently so it makes sense to try each one on first. One model may not be as comfortable as another. Probably my only hang up is that it seems to have an extra long chin strap. But since it snaps up it doesn't get in the way.

Birthday gift. Silver, comfortable. Runs much more true to size then the full face HJC helmets. Light weight and nice for the hot summer days when a full face is just to much.

I have the AC-2 (newer model) and it's very similar to this one, except it has one large vent in the front middle and two exhaust vents in the back. It's bigger (heavier) than many DOT 1/2 helmets, but also feels more protective than most others. Very comfortable helmet.
