Saved my wife's life a few years ago along with a Joe Rocket Ballistic Jacket. Still wearing the same one years later and will only trade it in if we decide to get a driver to rider communication system or if she decides she needs a lighter one.

This was given to me by the lady that I bought my Magna from, (thankfully she had a big head), and though I didn't think I would ever wear it, it has become one of my favorite helmets when it's cold outside. The visor was not take care of, but I was able to buff out the worst of the scratches. I love the way I can raise just the visor or the entire visor section to be able to talk to riders at stop lights. To my surprise, I learned that white helmets are more noticeable to the cagers out there, so I feel somewhat safer when wearing this helmet compared to my other six helmets that are either all black or colored. I'd definitely buy this if I didn't already own it after experiencing the quality and versatility!

It's good for the price. Had it 4 years and still going. The right vent cover fell off last year and I finally got a replacement visor due to scratches. I'm pretty hard on it, and no helmet bag. I could never feel any difference with the vents open or closed. That's disappointing but common in this price range in my experience. I wear it more in the cold. But it's been fairly durable and the pearl white is nice looking. The chin bar and visor mechanisms still work, but the chin bar releases kind of hard in year 4. I've had to tighten/replace the screws over the years (expected). The padding still feels fresh, new and just as snug. I would pay extra for a chin wind guard! I installed a sun visor. So I'll be buying a Nolan that has everything I want next time, but it's $100 more. I would buy this again if I wanted to stay in the same price range.

HJC has the worst face shield mechanism! The person that designed should re-think profession. Feels good on my head, and release mechanism is great. Do not buy if you plan on changing face shields, save yourself the agravation!

Bought this helmet for my husband. Used the chart and bought the suggested size. It is too small. The bottom of the helmet is narrow and put pressure on his neck just under the jawline to the point it felt like he was choking. We had to return the helmet. Also I bought the helmet as a Christmas present, but did not receive the helmet until mid-February. We ordered a 3X and Pearl White.

Comfortable and convenient for putting on sunglasses. Fogs up too easily in the colder weather no matter how the front vent is positioned. Over all not a bad helmet for the money.

The cheek pads are a little tight and squeeze my cheeks in, but I have a chubby face. I changed out the clear face shield with a smoked shield. This was very difficult to do, but I got it done with some frustration, so it's on to stay. Overall, very satisfied with this helmet.

Looks good. Great fit. Feels good. As in full face helmets side vision is less, but I will just have to get used to it. Much better in cold weather than my 3/4 helmet.

This is a great helmet for the ride to work in the morning. great for the interstate and when it's cold. if you're going to wear a full face helmet, modular is the way to go.
