It sounds great and is easy to manage on the bike. I can hear it over my V&H Long Shots. It does seem to be a bit too much weight for the mounting system however. While driving against a strong wind one of my clamps broke. M.S. promised to give me a new clamp on warranty but 6 weeks later it hasn't shown up yet.
